PepsiCo wanted to introduce a premium imported Vodka from Russia at a lower price point to compete against domestic vodkas. A clear shrink wrap label was designed to stress the clarity of the product. To reflect the brands' Russian heritage, Cyrillic-style lettering and an onion dome church illustration were incorporated. A frosted bottle and gift box used holographic design elements. This was the first liquor box to use holographic technology and it added distinction.
